The Superbay's impressive construction maximises air volume to create a natural growing environment that priorities plant health and extends your growing season.
Advancements in the design and technology of The Superbay mean that polyhouses now provide an effective alternative to glasshouses. Hoop curvature gives an improved angle of incidence and maximises light penetration in comparison to a pitched roof. The lower initial outlay ensures a better return on investment than a glasshouse of a similar specification.
The Superbay has been designed with the erratic British weather in mind. Increased ventilation for the summer months and inflated skins for the winter months can reduce heating costs.
It's robust steel construction, MAGNAtube® coating and unique polythene tensioning system maximises product lifespan. Superbay structures can be modified or added to as needed, future-proofing your purchase.

Technical Specification
High capacity and robust build quality ensures our gutters are able to cope with the rigors of the UK climate. 45° outlet allows water to discharge from the gutter and away from the structure quickly, reducing the chance of blockages.

Available with glass clear PVC vision panel as standard and optional upgraded galvanized lower panel.

A range of Heating Solutions can easily be incorporated into our structures. Twin Skinning traps the air between two layers of Polythene resulting in a 30% reduction in heat loss.
Ventilation & Automation
A Choice of Ridge, Gutter or Side Venitilation allowing for a more harmonised enviroment. Automation allows for accurate control of Venilation, Irrigation and Climate screens whilst also measureing Wind Speed & Light.

Our dedicated Construction Manager will liase and co-ordinate your build. From scheduling a contractor, through to hiring plant and ensuring the finished build is to specification and quality. This will all be handled by us.
