Our in-house design team are constantly refining our products and working on new designs aimed across a wide range of industries. Our policy of reinvestment into our manufacturing equipment has delivered the most up to date facility in the UK for the fabrication of tubular structures. NP Structures operate standard machinery, alongside the specialist machinery developed in-house, to make manufacturing processes efficient and to a consistently high standard. Equipment includes CNC tube benders, ABB robotic welding cells, laser and plasma CNC cutting, fully automatic flow drilling machinery, PVC welding equipment and hot melt & air technologies. The raw materials we use are certificated so that we can guarantee quality and traceability.
