Polytunnel Cover Tensioning Jack

A simple-to-operate jack which lifts the hoop (and locking collar) up the foundation tube, allowing them to be locked in the raised position. This tensions the polythene sheet to get a ‘drum-skin’ tight cover. Takes most of the effort out of the cover tensioning process, and saves loads of time. Please note: Remember to drop the hoops back down again prior to replacing the cover.
