Built around a strong steel frame and durable weather-resistant cover, the shelter helps protect your horsebox from rain, wind, UV exposure, bird mess, tree debris and the general effects of being left outdoors. Keeping your vehicle covered can also help reduce weathering to paintwork, seals and exterior fittings while keeping it cleaner and ready for your next journey.
Generous clearance for larger horseboxes
Unlike a standard vehicle shelter or garage, our Horsebox Shelter has been designed with the dimensions of larger horseboxes in mind.
The structure provides an internal width of approximately 3.9 metres, with 3.18 metre-high straight sides before the curved roof begins and an overall height of approximately 4.16 metres.
This provides generous clearance around a typical large horsebox, including vehicles around 2.5 metres wide and 3.5 metres high, while leaving additional space around the sides and above the vehicle.
At 8 metres long, the shelter can also accommodate longer horseboxes while providing useful covered space around the vehicle.
Built for equestrian environments
Whether your horsebox is parked at a private stable, livery yard, stud or equestrian centre, the shelter provides practical covered storage without the need for a conventional permanent garage.
The open-ended design makes it straightforward to drive in and out, while the generous internal dimensions make manoeuvring and accessing the vehicle easier. The shelter’s understated agricultural appearance also makes it well suited to stable yards and rural locations.
