ENVIROPRO structures also aid in efficiently utilising water, fertilisers and energy leading to significant cost savings. VENTILATION
With extreme summer temperatures becoming ever more prevalent and traditional greenhouse ventilation methods proving to be insufficient; ventilation was a key consideration in the design and execution of the ENVIROPRO range of structures. The architecture of the
ENVIROPRO structures boasts exceptional ventilation capacity to help control the temperature, humidity & CO2 levels within the greenhouse, ensuring optimal plant health.
KEY FEATURES
DEMISTING GUTTER
Our improved gutter continues to offer the largest volume available, now with the addition of a demister channel. This allows the collection of condensation formed on the underside of the profile, controlling humidity and preventing excess moisture from causing avoidable crop stress
GUTTER BRACKET
Adjustable eaves bracket for unparalleled cover tensioning, zinc plated for durability and high-quality finish. Hoop bridges take internal spacings from 3m to 6m for maximum floorspace.
RIDGE VENTILATION
Direct cover tensioning system ensures maximum durability and lifespan of your polythene cover. Our unique vent seal is specifically designed for heated greenhouse applications. The seal is flexible and tolerant to variations in closing height along the tunnel length.
HEAVY DUTY DOORS
New heavy-duty Aluminium door with robust commercial door track and brush strip seal for draught exclusion. Available with glass clear PVC vision panel as standard and optional galvanised lower panel.

BRACKETRY
High quality bracketry and fittings are essential for ensuring the longevity of our structures. Our engineers design every part of our structure using stringent engineering principles and rigorously test each part of the structure to ensure it meets our requirements.
STANDARDS
Designed to British Greenhouse Standard EN 13031-1. Ensuring long-lasting durability against wind and snow loadings.
HEAVY-DUTY DRIVE TUBE
Our newly re-engineered heavy-duty drive tube profile is the largest on the market and prevents unnecessary wear on the side curtains whilst providing an improved seal.
TUBE PROFILES
High tensile, flat sided oval MG35 profile offers a 76% strength increase over round profiles. MAGNAtube coated for superior corrosion resistance. 80x80MM Galvanised box section legs are used across our structures for high strength and durability.

CLIMATE
LIGHT
Improved light penetration and shade reduction were a priority when designing our ENVIROPRO range. The hoop curvature was engineered for increased PAR levels due to the improved angle of incidence. Our highly configurable framework allows for straight forward installation of climate screens to further manage light and heat performance.
VENTILATION
A choice of Ridge, Gutter, Side or Fully Opening Roof Ventilation. The range of ventilation options allows for greater temperature control and a more harmonised environment. Natural or mechanical fans can be used to control ventilation, their operation can be manual or automated.
TEMPERATURE
When heating is necessary to maintain temperature uplifts during colder months or in areas with temperate climates; we offer range of bespoke heating solutions that can be easily incorporated into our ENVIROPRO structures. Our structures can also be insulated using a double skin system which inflates two layers of polythene resulting in a 33% energy saving.
AIR MOVEMENT
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Our ENVIROPRO structures maximise air volume to create a natural environment that prioritises plant health and growing conditions. This also mitigates the effect of ambient temperature changes and heat fluctuations.
AIR CHANGES
The wide range of ventilation options ensures you have the desired air movements to maintain a differential temperature and renew the air inside the greenhouse; remove excess moisture; control CO2; and prevent heat build-up.
