NP Structures T-Range Modular Building is an innovative work and storage solution for any type of business, from agriculture to the waste management sector. These cost effective, rapidly deployed structures are perfect for storing produce, machinery, and animal feed; or to create temporary dry work & storage spaces in construction, Civil Engineering or Haulage and transport.
Extra-high framework allows machinery and vehicle access, whilst also allowing air flow and protection from the elements. Can be fixed to a solid concrete base, pad or blocks.
Available in 10, 12 or 14m Wide. Starting at 4m in length, available in 2m increments. Optional heavy duty door and rear gables for total protection from the elements whilst maintaining maximum accessibility.

We do not compromise on the strength of our structures. We use only the highest quality materials, the MAGNAtube coating is scientifically proven to outlast traditional hot-dipped galvanised coatings and provides an extrordinary level of corrosion resistance.
High Tension, Weatherproof PVC Cover
610g/m2 PVC Cover, available in white, grey or green – translucent or solid cover options available. All covers are manufactured at our Lancashire facility. Our PVC covers are made in 2m strips and attach using our STRIPFIX system, which allows fast installation and easy replacement. Our unique PVC tensioning system is built into the framework of the structure, ensure you can maintain a highly tensioned cover for a strong, tight finish.
High Quality, Heavy Duty Foundations
Our foundations are made from heavy duty hot dipped galvanised steel, sleeve anchored onto concrete to creatre an exceptionally strong base.
A building of this size is only as strong as it’s foundations, we only recommend siting one of our T-Range structures on a solid concrete base, concrete pads or concrete blocks. OPTIONAL EXTRAS FOR THE T-RANGE
Heavy Duty Doors
Constructed from the same high quality corrosion resistant, pre-galvanised steel frame. Fast installation, no on-site welding required. The manual winch closure can be operated from the inside or outside of the structure.
Gable End
Internal tubular steel supports and base rails ensure the gable panels remain well tensioned and secure.

Our dedicated Construction Manager will liaise and co-ordinate your build. From scheduling a contractor, through to hiring plant and ensuring the finished build is to specification and quality. This will all be handled by us.
