Price Match Guarantee

If you’ve found a comparable polytunnel, part or accessory at a similar specification for a lower price, we’d like the opportunity to review it.

We offer a Price Match Guarantee on like-for-like polytunnels and parts across our range, because we’re confident in the quality, materials, and engineering that go into every Northern Polytunnels product.

If you have a quote from another supplier, send us the details via the form and we’ll compare the specifications, clearly explain any differences, and where appropriate, match or meet you on price.

Price Match Guarantee Terms & Conditions

Our Price Match Guarantee is designed to ensure you receive a fair price on a comparable polytunnel specification, not simply a comparable size.

1. What we’ll consider

We will review price match requests where:

  • The competing quote is from a UK-based supplier
  • The product is new, unused, and available to order
  • The quote is for a comparable specification, taking into account materials, construction, and structural components, not just width and length
  • The quoted price includes VAT and any mandatory charges
  • We may request supporting evidence such as a written quote, screenshot, or link to the competing product.

2. What “comparable” means

When assessing a price match request, we look beyond size and consider factors such as:

  • Steel type, profile, and wall thickness
  • Structural design, bracing, and crop bar systems
  • Foundations, anchoring, and fixing methods
  • Timber vs all-steel construction
  • Overall build quality, durability, and intended lifespan

Because of differences in engineering and materials, there may not always be a true like-for-like equivalent to our EasyBuild or EnviroPro ranges. In these cases, we will clearly explain the differences and discuss the most appropriate options with you.

3. Price matching outcome

Where a genuinely comparable specification is identified, we may:

  • Match the competing price, or
  • Offer an alternative price adjustment where appropriate
  • Price match decisions are made at our discretion and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

4. What’s excluded

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Polythene
  • Clearance, end-of-line, or discontinued products
  • Special promotions, flash sales, or time-limited offers
  • Auction sites, private sales, or marketplace sellers
  • Quotes that exclude VAT or are otherwise incomplete
  • Products with materially different specifications or construction

5. Timing

Price match requests must be submitted before placing an order.
We’re unable to apply price matches retrospectively once an order has been confirmed.

6. Our aim

Our goal is to ensure you’re comparing like for like and have a clear understanding of what you’re buying.

We don’t believe choosing a polytunnel should come down to price alone, and we’re always happy to explain the differences in materials, design, and long-term performance so you can make an informed decision.
