AGRItunnel is not an off-the-shelf structure. It is a modular system that allows us to develop practical single-span livestock housing around your requirements. Unique cover tensioning design
Our unique cover tensioning design allows the hoops to be raised and locked after cover fitting, creating a drum-skin tight finish for better durability in severe weather.

The gable openings are designed to accept standard agricultural farm gates, making it easy to create secure livestock access or internal penning whenever required.
Yorkshire Boarding
Yorkshire boarding can be fitted to provide additional weather protection while maintaining natural airflow, helping you adapt the shelter to your livestock and location.
Door Blinds
Heavy-duty livestock door blinds can be installed over gable openings to provide additional protection from the elements while retaining flexible access.
Ventilation & Extraction
The modular design allows for natural ventilation options to be incorporated where required, helping maintain airflow throughout the shelter.

AGRItunnel Layout Tips
When planning your livestock housing, the right layout makes a big difference to animal welfare and cost efficiency.
- Go wider where possible – wider tunnels mean less wasted space when you include a central passage.
Example: In a 9m tunnel with a 10ft (3m) passage, only a third of space is lost. In a 6m tunnel, nearly half the area is lost. - Central feed passages improve efficiency – easier access for feeding and stock movement.
- Design for natural livestock flow – keep lying, feeding, and water areas connected and accessible.
- Ventilation is key – single-span tunnels allow superior airflow, improving flock health.
- Tailor to your site – slope, drainage, and prevailing winds should guide final design.
