Construction
Our tanks are supplied in kit form and are easy to construct with just two people. The steelwork kit includes all the necessary nuts, bolts, washers, anchor brackets and plastic capping. Ideally, they should be erected on a smooth, level, concrete base not less than 4” thick (depending on size), and 60cm (2ft) greater in diameter than the tank. Full instructions (with base preparations) available by email.
Options
Rubber tank liners are available in two thicknesses, 0.75mm and 1.00mm. Although the 1.00mm liner is 1/3rd (33.33%) thicker than the 0.75mm liner it only costs around 10% more.
Extras
Please state the size of your required outlet holes when ordering your steel tank kit (if required). Take-off units (tank connectors) are not included. Please call for a comprehensive quotation including all the inlet and outlet fittings. Remember to check the size of your mains water supply pipe so we can quote the correct size of ball float-valve and brackets etc. The steel tank kit and the liners are sold separately.
